I love to cook. I would have to say one of my favorite things to make is Lasagna. It is my specialty and I must say, it is darn good. So far I make a regular lasagna and a pizza lasagna. I simply add the parts of a pizza into a lasagna. I can do layers of meat, sauce, cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, sausage, and or pepperoni. I want to some day try my hand at a seafood lasagna, veggie lasagna, and a vegan lasagna, for my vegan friends out there (thank you for not judging me too harshly for me bein g an omnivore).
IF anyone would like to see me make a different and unique lasagna, let me know, I can try it and post pics.

Tim Beasley When I was younger, my brother loved to cook. Though, I wish he showed me a few things here and there. So it's basically a combo of lasagna and pizza? Righteous dude, out of this world!! Do you put tons of cheese on your vegan lasagna? You know what, I wouldn't mind seeing some tasty pictures of some lasagna! Because you know is the key to any man's heart! hahaha

Yeah, I am fairly open with recipes. As stated though, LAsagna is specialty lol But I am down for any kind of pasta. I want to be able to get a decent kitchen set up to where I can make my own pasta.
